Gourdolls and Baba Yaga
Halloween Gourdolls
"Ghost Witch"
This blue beauty is quite the enigma as she materializes in a room, disappears, and then re materializes across the room. This can be a bit disconcerting for the home dweller as her ethereal glow causes a noticeable flash when she pops in and out making it hard for people to sleep, watch TV, or carry on a conversation with guests.
"Hamish"
This jovial chap is the public manager of the Goblin Shire of Hobbleville. Although he IS a public servant, don't let the title fool you! He's always telling dirty jokes and then laughing so hard that he has a coughing fit and ends up rolling around on the ground
"Elgar"
Elgar is in the species of Ghoul Gourd. He's dead, but that doesn't stop him from shrieking like a Banshee in the middle of the night! I would only give Elgar to someone that you love to irritate...
"Gruffydd, the Night Watchman"
He guards the perimeter of the Goblin's lair (along with several other service goblins). He's never been married, can be a bit grumpy, and seems to be constantly farting as he patrols!
"Torpal"
You may think that this is some kind of dragon, but in reality he is a special kind of flying goblin. His side kick is a purple spider named "Fin" who has built a beautiful web in Torpal's belly which contains an eternal flame that lights up the night and guides them as they fly.
"Xander the Vampire"
A bit of a deva, Xander likes nice clothes and the Metrosexual lifestyle. He is persuasive with the ladies. He may look kinda cute, but keep your distance or else it's just dinner for one....
"Sneed"
This little goblin is called "Sneed" and he is really the most harmless of goblins. The worst thing that he has been known to do is stick a wet finger in your ear while you are sleeping....
Baba Yaga and Vasilisa the Brave"
There are several stories containing the horribly ugly witch Baba Yaga, but this piece was intended to be a depiction of the Russian fairy tale called "Vasilisa the Brave". I mostly wanted to sculpt this because I wanted to sculpt Baba's Chicken house that roams around the forest. As this is a creepy fairy tale, I thought about it as if Baba Yaga was reading the
